Acquired license from the Minister of Construction as Real Estate Transaction Specialist (Minister of Construction (Currently Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) License (2) No.5968) Started sales and rental brokerage for commercial real estate.

2000

Aug.

Established Management Section and started building management and tenant management business.

Sep.

Acquired the 1st building of our company in Ginza 6 chome and started rental business of real estate

Changed the Trade Name to Sun Frontier Fudousan Co., Ltd.

Opened Ginza branch and started sales brokerage for commercial real estate.

• Sun Frontier Co., Ltd. was merged with Sun Frontier Fudousan Co., Ltd.
• Registered place of business was moved to 3-10-4, Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
• Started rental business for commercial business by diverting former registered place of business which is in Kanda to Kanda branch and Yaesu branch of Sun Frontier Co., Ltd. to Yaesu branch of Sun Frontier Fudousan Co., Ltd.

Established Sun Frontier Community Arrangement Co., Ltd(Capital: 100 million yen), started the planning and operation business of hostel, guest house and serviced apartment.

Acquired 100% issued shares of Sky Court Hotel Co., Ltd. which has been operated 4 hotels 564 rooms mainly located in Tokyo and adjacent prefectures.
